Pardubice: Free of charge, orders placed by 1:00 PM will be prepared for same-day pickup.

Toptrans (over 30 kg): Free of charge, with a shipping deposit of CZK 2000. Orders placed by 1:00 PM are shipped the same day, in exceptional cases by 3:00 PM.
DPD (up to 30 kg): Free of charge, with a shipping deposit of CZK 2000. Orders placed by 1:00 PM are shipped the same day.
DHL Express (EU): Free of charge, prepayment only (delivery within the EU in 4–6 working days).

Custom-Made Realistic Sex Dolls

After placing an order for a custom-made realistic doll in our online store, we will send you a proforma invoice for 50% of the total price or the full amount. Once the payment is received, we will submit your order for production.

Production Time:

Silicone doll without extras: 20–30 business days.
Silicone doll with extras (implanted hair, tattoos, special makeup): +10 to 30 business days, total production time may be up to 60 business days.
TPE doll without extras: 10–20 business days.
TPE doll with extras: Production time may be extended up to 30 business days.
STPE doll: Production takes 10 business days longer than standard TPE dolls.
SLE doll: Production time comparable to silicone dolls.
Implanted human hair: Approx. 60–70 business days.
After Production Is Complete:

Once the doll is ready, we will send you photos (or a video) for approval. After your confirmation, the doll will be shipped to our warehouse in the Czech Republic. We will notify you when it is ready for delivery or personal pickup. You will receive a tracking number for better transparency. After customs clearance and arrival at our warehouse, we will contact you to arrange delivery to your address or collection in person.

Economy Shipping:

Showroom Pickup: Free within the Czech Republic, delivery time 40–60 business days.
Toptrans: Free across the Czech Republic, home delivery by Toptrans, delivery time 40–60 business days.
DHL Express (EU): Delivery across the EU, delivery time 45–65 business days.

Express Shipping for an Extra Fee:

Air Express + Showroom Pickup: Delivery in 20–30 business days.

Zelex Doll EVO Skeleton Upgrade to EXP Skeleton.

The EXP skeleton (from the word "expression") is an expanded version of the traditional EVO skeleton, which allows ZELEX DOLLS to perform more natural and lifelike movements, conveying richer emotions, making ZELEX DOLLS even more attractive.

The new EXP skeleton mainly has the following features:

Extended shoulder range of motion:

The increased mobility of the joints allows the shoulder to be retracted, coordination with the movement of the arms, unlocking more positions and significantly improves the doll's ability to show off.

Neck with ball joint:

The raised ball joint allows the head to move freely, resulting in a more lively look.

Double joint elbow:

The elbow joint is redesigned to a two-joint structure, and the wrist joint is improved with a ball joint, which allows for more varied and natural movements of the elbow and hand.

Flexible Waist:

The hip joint adjustment provides both stable support and ease of twisting.
