Realistic dolls from Starpery Dolls are made either entirely of silicone or a combination of silicone and TPE/STPE material. Dolls with TPE bodies are a more affordable option while still providing softness and flexibility similar to human skin. Silicone heads, which can be equipped with the ROS (Real Oral Sex) function or without an oral cavity, are somewhat harder than the rest of the body. There may also be a very small difference in skin tone between the head and body, and under certain lighting conditions, the head may be slightly shinier than the body, which is due to the properties of the materials.
