Bonus system
The bonus program represents a way to thank you for your purchases in our online shop. For loyal and regular customers, we offer a bonus system for completed purchases and other activities (registration, subscription to mailing). The total amount you spend on purchasing our products will automatically be converted into points at the rate of 0.11 EUR = 1 point. Points can be collected by registered customers only.
How can I earn bonus points?
You earn bonus points for each completed and paid purchase. Once you accumulate enough bonus points, you can use them for your next purchase. Bonus points are added to your account after the order is paid for, not immediately after the purchase. Conversely, if an invoice is canceled or credited (when goods are returned, uncollected, or as returned), points are deducted using the same formula as they were added.
Can I earn bonus points in other ways?
Yes, you can. For your registration, we will reward you with 2 points + you will get a 2% discount on your purchase.
How can I redeem bonus points?
Your accumulated points bring you discounts. You can see the status of your points after logging into your customer account. In the cart, you see the status of the bonus points with the option to use them.
Combination with discount coupons
You cannot use points and apply a discount coupon on the same order. If you want to apply a coupon, you will not be able to reduce the order price by using points and vice versa. The used discount coupon affects the total order amount and thus also the total number of points earned.
Points overview…
An overview of the number of bonus points earned is always available from the "Login" page and clicking on "My Account" in the top right corner of our e-shop. After logging into your account, you will find out the balance of your bonus points based on completed purchases. Please note that the number of your bonus points will be added after the order is paid for. After each use of your points, their number will be immediately deducted from your bonus account.
What if I purchase a product without using bonus points and decide to return it? What happens to the earned points?
When you return a purchased product, you also return the earned bonus points. Your points balance will be recalculated back to the state before that purchase.
And what about the validity of my points?
The validity of your bonus points is limited to 365 days. Therefore, use them in advance and often!
Additional information
Bonus points are not currency and have no real monetary value. We reserve the right to change the program parameters or cancel it at any time. In case of program abuse or fraud, sanctions will include suspension of the customer's right to participate in this program. Bonus points CANNOT be used when exchanging goods!
